(1) If the concerned person, organization or proposer who is required to pay compensation does not pay the amount of compensation within the time limit according to Rule 42, the person or organization receiving such compensation shall open and recover the compensation in accordance with the right of the person, organization or proposer who is obliged to pay such compensation within thirty days after the deadline has passed. An application can be made before the agency or officer as per sub-rule (1) of 41.
(2): Upon receipt of an application according to sub-rule (1), such agency or officer who is liable to pay compensation shall auction the property of the person, organization or proposer according to the prevailing law and pay the amount of compensation and return the remaining amount to the concerned person, organization or proposer.
